1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or purchasing transportation services through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Service Overview

Terrestrial Transports provides pre-scheduled private transportation within Milwaukee and surrounding regions. We may modify routes, pricing, or availability without notice.

3. Booking & Payment

• Reservations must be made online or by phone and confirmed by us.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp.
• Payment is due at booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Refunds require 24-hour notice; 50% refund if cancelled 4 hours prior to appointment. later cancellations are non-refundable.
• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your booking or ride updates. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Wait Time, Delays & No-Shows

Five (5) minutes of grace are included; after that, charges or cancellation may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or weather.

5. Conduct & Safety

Seat belts required. No smoking or open alcohol. Damage caused by passengers will be billed to the payment method on file.

6. Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the booked trip. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes & Cancellations by Terrestrial Transports

We may cancel or reschedule a trip for safety or availability reasons. Full refund or reschedule will be offered.

8. Personal Data

Passenger data is used solely for scheduling, communication, and payment processing and is not sold or shared except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
