Pick the card that matches either your pick up or drop off location — enter your addresses — ride like royalty.
Every booking card is a “pricing template,” not a fixed pickup point. When you open a card, the pickup and drop-off fields start blank — so you can enter any addresses you need. Just choose the card that best matches your trip type, then type in the exact locations.
Booking in 4 steps
Your goal is simple: choose the closest matching ride card, then type the exact pickup and destination addresses you want. The card is the “route category”; your addresses make it real.
Choose the closest matching card
Example: if you’re going from a suburb to downtown Milwaukee, pick a “Suburb → City” type card. If you’re heading to ORD, pick the ORD card — whether ORD is your pick up or drop off.
Enter your actual pickup and drop-off addresses
The fields start blank on purpose. Type any address you want (home, hotel, clinic, airport, etc.). Add notes (door codes, terminal, flight time, luggage, child seats, special timing needs).
Confirm your time and submit
You’ll receive confirmation. If anything looks off (distance, timing, unusual pickup), there will be follow ups to confirm. You don’t need perfect “card selection” — just pick the card that represents either your pick up or drop off location.
Show up — ride & pay
There are multiple ways to pay for your trip: You can book online; You can pay using a credit or debit card; and of course, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal and Zelle are all accepted forms of payment. If you're one of the 3 people who still use cash, it too is accepted.
If you don’t see an exact match card, pick the closest one and use the notes field to describe your trip. For uncommon routes (multi-stop, reverse pickup, or intercity transfers), use a 'Wisconsin State Wide' or 'Intercity Transport' card option (recommended below).
Pickups outside Milwaukee (reverse routes)
If drop-offs already exist in your region, pickups from that same region are also acceptable — as long as the schedule works and it’s booked properly.
1) “Wisconsin State Wide”
This covers pickups from any and every city in Wisconsin. From the Illinois border in the south; to the Michigan border in the North & East; to the Minnesota border on the West.
- Use when: you’re starting anywhere in greater Wisconsin.
- Choose “Wisconsin State Wide” and enter your addresses.
2) “3 Hour Private Block”
Perfect when you need a personal chauffeur and plenty of time to conduct your affairs.
- Use when: pickup and destinations arer all within a 70 mile radius.
- Enter details and notes to expedite and explain your agenda.
3) “Intercity Transfer (non-Milwaukee)”
Example: St. Louis → O’Hare,
Madison → Rockford,
Chicago → Minneapolis, etc.
- Use when: neither your pick or destination starts in Milwaukee.
- Feasibility will be confirmed and a flat-rate offered before final acceptance.
Reverse pickups and intercity transfers are subject to driver schedule (especially same-day return requirements). If the timing is unrealistic, you'll receive the nearest workable option — or a custom quote.
Common questions
What if I pick the “wrong” card?
If you picked the closest match, you’re fine. All details will be confirmed and adjusted if necessary. The card is about category and distance tiers — your addresses define the real trip.
Do you do custom or multi-stop trips?
Yes. Use the closest matching card and add your stops in the notes, or get a “custom quote" below.
Why not list every city as its own card?
Because it creates decision fatigue and lowers booking confidence. The smarter approach is a clean set of categories that cover most trips. All other ride options are covered by 'Wisconsin State Wide', and 'Intercity Transfer' bookings.
What details should I put in the notes?
Gate code, apartment entry notes, terminal, flight time, luggage needs, “quiet ride,” child seats, timing constraints, and whether it’s one-way or round-trip.
Ready to book? Choose the closest ride card, enter the exact pickup and drop-off addresses, and submit. If you’re starting outside Milwaukee (reverse pickup) or doing an intercity transfer, use the recommended add-on cards below.
